Ashgrove Commercial Realty started with one San Francisco floor and a simple idea: flexible offices should run as well as the companies inside them.
From one floor to four cities
We leased our first 8,000 square feet in 2016 and filled it in nine weeks — mostly with teams who had been burned by inflexible leases and invisible landlords.
Ten years later we manage more than 200 offices across San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle. The formula never changed: honest monthly pricing, staff who actually answer, and buildings kept to a standard we would work in ourselves.
What we stand for
Three principles decide everything from our leases to our light bulbs.
Honest pricing
One monthly invoice, published rates, no setup fees hiding in the fine print. If a cost exists, you see it before you sign.
Staffed floors
Every building has a weekday onsite team for guests, deliveries, IT hiccups and the fiftieth coffee of the day.
Room to grow
Scale stations up or down each quarter and move between cities on the same plan. Growth should never trigger a penalty.
